Fixed-Price Trip Packages Replace Hourly Calculations and Aircraft Ownership with a Simple Private Travel Purchase
Technology Roadmap Connects Route Pricing, Prepaid Credits, Booking, and Customer Accounts
Program Designed to Generate Upfront Cash Collections, Increase Repeat Bookings, and Improve Aircraft Utilization
FORT MILL, S.C., Nov. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE: VJET) today launched Flyte Club, its proprietary, prepaid private aviation program that enables customers to lock in a price per trip on the routes they fly most.
Members choose a package of 10, 20 or 30 one-way private flights and save up to 30% off Flyte's applicable one-way retail rate. Before purchasing, customers know which routes their package covers, how many flights they can take, and exactly what each flight costs. Flyte Club explained in four simple steps:
- How Flyte Club works
- A direct alternative to jet cards and fractional ownership
- One account from purchase through booking
- A clearer view of repeat demand
1. How Flyte Club Works
* 10 trips unlock a 10% discount on each covered flight.
* 20 trips unlock a 20% discount on each covered flight.
* 30 trips unlock a 30% discount on each covered flight.
One credit covers one one-way flight for the customer's entire party on an eligible route. A round trip uses two credits. Members request dates and times as needed, with each departure subject to availability and confirmation.
For example, on a route with a one-way retail rate of $4,900, a 10-trip package works out to $4,410 per flight, a 20-trip package to $3,920 per flight and a 30-trip package to $3,430 per flight. At the 30-trip tier, the customer pays $102,900 for flights with a combined retail value of $147,000, saving $44,100.
2. A direct alternative to jet cards and fractional ownership
For a family flying between two homes, or a company moving executives between offices, the budgeting question is straightforward: How much will it cost to make this trip throughout the year?
An industry-standard hourly jet card program requires the buyer to translate purchased hours into an estimated number of flights. Flyte Club gives the buyer that number of flights at purchase. Ordinary variations in flight time do not change the contracted route price. A family that purchases 20 credits for a route covered in both directions can budget for ten round trips and know the exact price of each one before requesting its first departure.
Fractional ownership is another common private aviation structure that requires customers to acquire a direct interest in an aircraft. Flyte Club members, however, purchase transportation directly -- without committing capital to an aircraft share nor taking on ownership administration nor assuming the risk of what that share might be worth when they sell it.
3. One account from purchase through booking
Flyte's technology roadmap plans for connecting its website, web app and mobile app so that Flyte Club members can compare package options, see their per-trip price and dollar savings, and purchase credits and request flights from one account. Members will be able to save frequent routes and travelers, distinguish a pending request from a confirmed reservation, and see how many trips remain after each flight.
4. A clearer view of repeat demand
Flyte Club is designed to collect cash when a customer purchases a package, ahead of the flights it covers. Each package also gives Flyte an early indication of where that customer expects to travel again. As members request dates, Flyte can use that information to plan aircraft and crew positioning around recurring demand. The Company aims to increase repeat bookings, improve utilization of its Cirrus Vision Jet fleet and make it easier for customers to renew the routes they use most.
