Venture Global Inc. Class A reported that an ICC arbitration tribunal issued a partial final award finding that its subsidiary breached obligations to declare commercial operation date of the Calcasieu Project in a timely manner regarding an LNG sales agreement with Galp Trading S.A. Remedies will be determined in a separate damages hearing anticipated in 2027 or 2028, and any final award will be subject to a $170 million seller aggregate liability cap.
