On October 15, 2026, The TJX Companies, Inc. entered into an agreement with Kenneth Canestrari, Senior Executive Vice President, Group President, regarding his planned retirement. His employment and the term of his employment agreement are extended until April 30, 2027. Effective January 31, 2027, he will step down as an executive officer while continuing as a Senior Executive Vice President to assist with the transition.
